It's a long-shot, but I just have to link to this.

Folks, have any of you played a game called Shadowhearts? I've been watching nekokoban and miss_arel play through it and its sequel Shadowhearts: Covenant these last few weeks, and I have to say that I liked it a lot. Especially the sequel, which is very pretty and funny and includes searching for gay porn as part of the plot. Yes, there's a reason. Yes, it's still funny. Also, there's a huge stupid puppy of a vampire, who turns into a bat or a superhero.

...But I digress. The real reason behind this post is to point out the Firefly/Shadowhearts crossover that the lovely and ingenius nekokoban wrote for me. Because I whined and begged and pleaded, and because the main character of Shadowhearts, Yuri, looks and acts disturbingly like Mal. Seriously.

So yes. For interested parties, the insane crossover is here. Worth reading even if you don't know the game, because Terra has a scary-ass knack for writing River, and is damned good at Mal, too, even if she insists that she isn't. XD

'tactics'

Finally finished watching Tactics today. Final opinions fall somewhere within the following:

1. Damn, Haruka is just soooo my kind of character. Yum. Especially when he starts learning to be a bit more of a pushy uke. ;)
2. Moo, if possible, is even scarier than I'd orginally thought. Holy crap, the rescue scene!
3. Kantarou is a big dork. But I do love him.
4. I adore Rosalie and Youko, but Suzu continued to leave me kind of "meh." Even at the end.
5. This series is soooo pretty. ♥
