I don't think this could get any more true...

In other news, we have a kitty in the house! Our new housemate, Josie, brought her cat, Boo. Boo is a long-haired black cat, about eight years old, and veeeeerrrrrry friendly. I am totally thrilled and already spoiling her with much love and cooing and petting. Good thing she likes to be spoiled. ;)

Also, I need to quit going to bookstores in search of Prisoner of Azkaban, because a) none of the used places have the paperback version, b) I don't want to pay for the hardcover, even for only $10, and c) I keep finding other things I must have. On the plus side, my find today was a book of goddess prayers that actually aren't totally crummy and hippy-dippy. I'm totally thrilled, and could only be happier if it had been for both goddess *and* god. Ah well--one can't have everything. Perhaps that's my calling in life--to write a book of pagan prayers that includes both sides of divinity.

In any case, I think this will do me good. I've been feeling lately that my ever-changing nightly litany of prayer needs some new oomph, and that the metaphorical cup needs a bit of refilling.

Now that I've totally confused anyone who doesn't have Dogma memorized, I think I'll go read my library books.
