Heh. At least DS9 tried to be different from the rest of ST. Oh, yeah I remember that JMS took his idea for B5 to Paramount but they turned him down but WB picked it up. Suprise, suprise when DS9 showed up and had the same plotline storywise, apparently JMS had a lawsuit against Paramount. I think they settled out of court, at least this is all I could find out about it on the net.
Oh I've seen Dogma- he was Loki! I remember now, yeah he was good in that. And I remember seeing Good Will Hunting, Saving Private Ryan- so yeah he probably would be a good choice. I just wonder if he can imitate Shatner though? Since I haven't seen the Original ST I would have no idea, what do you think? Or should he imitate Shatner at all? Should he just do his own thing? Hmm...
