I like Garibaldi when he's being snarky and funny, but the actual plots about him tend to be really... I don't know. I just never seem to like them, it's very strange. I guess I only like him as a foil to Sheridan and the rest.

Exactly. That's the thing about Bester - you just have to love him and hate him at the same time. That's the only way to really accept his full personality.
