Followed quickly by "It's good to know he's still keeping close to his porno-film roots..." of course.

...Whenever people say Very Special Episode that way, it makes me think of the 80s/90s thing with Very Special Episodes of teen-dramas dealing with, oh... drugs or whatever. Makes a very fun mental image for this situation...

Well, this would have been the early 90s, so ... yeah, actually. *g*

I also remember turning on the first episode of X-Files and saying, "Hey, that's the guy from Red Shoe Diaries! Does that mean this is gonna be porn?"
