ok seriousl question. do you have: 1) non food safe stick blender 2) stainless steel bowl or plastic dedicated jug. 3) some base oils (I like grapeseed, almond, sunflower even) 4) teh willingness to buy preservative, fragrance and maybe liquid silk? (not much, depends how much you plan on making. You need maybe an ounce or two of each. My source: mountain majestic sage. I use liquid germal plus as my preservatives). you also need emulsifying wax (maybe 4-8 oz, same site). 5) tubes (same site) or other containers.
and 6) can you make packet soup? As its about as hard.
