let's see....

What can I say about today? Well, we tried to watch Mesmer last night, but it turned out to be so bad that not even ice cream and knitting could make me keep my attention on it. It is so very sad to watch a PBS-style 'drama' wherein the primary plot seems to be Alan Rickman being very melodramatic and feeling up a bunch of 'patients' while theoretically curing them of ailments. It was quite pathetic, and the cinematography was kind of... iffy.

Wrote up my agenda for the St Bunstables meeting this weekend, and realized that yes, we have a lot of stuff to talk about and work on. Should be interesting.

The cat is still insane. There is nothing new about that, though. And no, I'm still an idiot and haven't gotten my film developed, so there are no pictures immediately forthcoming.

We did, however, go up to the store, and I ended up trying the Black and Blue Berry Brew by SoBe. It's really good. Oh, and I've been writing a little again. *Crosses fingers so as not to jinx this last bit*

Silly plot-bunny.

Anyway, this is just a little bit, sort of a companion-piece or answer to theladyfeylene's recent fic on the subject of sight. I meant for it to be primarily a meditation on scent, but... along the way, it acquired a plot, of sorts, and it refused to stick to what I'd intended.

In any event, it's just a silly thing, no real purpose or great meaning. I liked it, though.
