life goes on

Livejournal's been eating my posts all day - I write up a post, then it tells me it's in read-only mode, and I can't get the post back. Fuck it with a pineapple. I had a bunch of really good stuff written, and it's gone.

So the short version of the day is:

No more coffee for Jen - jitters are bad. Having roast chicken for dinner and the last episodes of Highlander to watch is good. So's figuring out (at least I think so) how to use my printer, and possibly even what I'm doing for my thesis next quarter - I'm not talking about it, 'cause I don't want to jinx it, but I've got some good ideas. And I love my sagas prof, because she actually not only likes me and asks how I'm doing, but offers good advice that makes sense.

And Happy Birthday, Nik - I hope it was a good day.
