As the Klingon war fades into a tenuous peace, Michael finds out some information she could have done without knowing, and decides she needs to call someone up to discuss the new information.

I feel vaguely like I should apologize for this, or at least write something more completely cheerful and shippy later to make up for it being kind of... dark is the wrong word, but definitely "I have a strange sense of humor."
