Gacked from [livejournal.com profile] llhinkle, because I think it's a darn cool meme: List things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal...

1. Petting/snuggling/pestering/playing with the cat.
2. Tea.
3. Listening to music and singing along.
4. Yoga/stretching.
5. Going for a walk (or, in really stressful moments, a run - I have no endurance whatsoever, but it makes me happy, sometimes, to just cut loose and RUN for a bit).
6. Writing or drawing, assuming I have a clear idea of something I want to create. If not, it's just stressful. ;)
