Yeah, well, I did mention that I'm trying desperately to forget that I came back from Burning Man, right? Three nights in a row at Burning Man is less than half of the time we were there! Three nights in a row is not something I do in everyday life, to be sure, but I'm still a little crazy and disoriented from my time there. It's a very perspective-changing place, you know? Not that all the nights out had anything to do with that, but I'm still feeling a little "meh" about my real life right now, and I'm obviously trying to pretend I'm still there.
Bah. Sometimes I think it'd be better if I wasn't so self-aware about my own behavior, and just wandered around in an unconscious stupor like most people. It's a strange thing to sit and analyze your own actions sometimes. Beneficial, yes, but strange as well.
And yeah, I think it would have been better if I hadn't asked them to try to do anything at all. Easier to just catch up than to find mistakes, fix them, and then try to catch up. :p
