I spent the entire weekend hanging out with friends and ignoring my homework, and now I'm paying for it because I totally can't work up the concentration to do what I need to do. I'm soooo very distracted, and every time I try to work I just get frustrated.
I may have to just put this off til tomorrow... I got a tiny little bit done at least.
Had a lovely time at LadySonnet and SableBadger's party, and I hope they have a wonderful time in Europe, in case I don't talk to them again before they leave. Thanks also to Deb and YiMisty for driving me home, and to TiffAngelWings for driving me *there*. StormWolf, we had Mexican coffee with chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla in it - you should have come!!!
Despite it being the second of November, I have yet to begin my NaNoWriMo novel. I started working out ideas the day before... but have done nothing else. Maybe I'm just not cut out for this. I can never come up with ideas I really feel passionately for, so how can I possibly hope to write novels?
I'm not thinking about that anymore. That way lies a massive depression-funk, and I totally don't need that right now.
Off I go to pretend to do my homework some more.
