why next quarter killing me is ok ;)

rivendellroseI keep commenting about how my classes next quarter will probably kill me... but I realized tonight that this is ok, and, in reality, possibly a good thing.
Bear with me - there is method to my madness.
See, it all comes back to Scandinavian Mythology. I will be studying all these lovely myths and the like, and because of this it is likely that the Norse gods shall continue their ongoing trend of becoming part of my personal pantheon to some extent. So, if I die studying them (or, more likely, writing my paper about them), it is conceivable that Freya or Odin will take pity on a poor college student such as me and take me into their hall after I die. And that's a good thing - just think about it. All those lovely warriors, going out and battling all day until Ragnarok, and getting back to the hall at night to feast.... and me. And probably a lot of other women, too, but I figure the ratio will still be in my favor. ♥
I'm kidding, of course - but it's not a bad image, is it?
In other news, I'm done with classes... now I just have to get ready for my finals. *gags* It's gonna be a long weekend of studying...
