My Shakespeare professor, though a very nice man and an interesting teacher, is a detail-obsessed freak who enjoys making tests as viciously difficult as possible, I think.
Anyone who can tell me the play that the above quote is from will have my respect. The first person to correctly give me the names of the character speaking and the one being spoken to... I'll write a drabble of your choice, whatever pairing/fandom/etc you desire. I'm not promising it'll be good, but I feel the need to reward that sort of knowledge, since I definitely did NOT have it while taking my final this morning.
No cheating - I wasn't allowed to look it up, so neither are you. ♥ You're on your honor not to google it or otherwise look it up. Only guesses or just plain knowing count. And yes, I know the answer - I went to the computer lab and looked it up right away after I left the test. Feel free to offer insane guesses!
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go listen to loud music, sulk, and pretend I don't have another evil, detail-oriented psycho-final tomorrow morning.
ETA: Bast Lestrange explaining the Butterfly Effect to Hermione totally made my impending sulk disappear - thank you,
dalhessian, that was lovely.
