My journal is called _____ because _____.
My subtitle is _____ because _____.
My friends page is called _____ because _____.
And, just for the hell of it: My username is ____ because _____.
My journal is called The Dryad's Grove, because it's a long-standing joke with some of my friends that I am a dryad... I love trees.
My subtitle is Leaves of Thought because once I started the dryad theme, it seemed right to continue it, and because thoughts seem like leaves, all stemming out from branches and trunks and gathering the light.
My friend's page is called Branching Out because I think of it as the branches on my tree, touching other people's thoughts. And also "branching out," in a more figurative sense, moving outside of myself.
My username is Rivendellrose because Rivendell, at the time I wrote this, was the Middle Earth locale I felt most drawn to, and because I liked Rose as both a lovely flower, a nice name, and a twist on my SCA name, Rosalind.
