I think I'm going to be sick. Or just burst into insane tears.

I finally just had a job call me back. My application looked good, they sounded very optimistic... but they need someone who could stay longer than a few months, and it was all over once I said I couldn't stay during the schoolyear.

This normally wouldn't be such a trauma, but let's just say it's not the time of the month where I can handle this kind of thing. narsilion thinks we can work a deal where she takes over the hours to supplement her job when I go back to my usual work and classes, but I find it very unlikely they will accept this deal rather than just finding someone else who can work permanently.

I just want a job. Pretty much any job. Just give me menial stupid labour so that I can have money for school and rent this year, please. Is it really that fucking much to ask?

You could drive all the way down to Cali and I'm sure my dad would get you a job at his company filing or something. But it seems like an awfully long drive just for a summer job.
