LJ lives again!!!

I never realized til today just how often I think "gee, I'd like to check my friends list" or "wow, I should post to my LJ about this."

Of course, the latter was primarily the result of my thinking that I'd be okay walking from my room to the lightswitch without any light on in the basement. For the record, that pillar between my room and the lightswitch is VERY hard, and painful to walk straight into. Ow. I expect that my forehead will be all kinds of interesting colours tomorrow. ;)

Had chicken soup for dinner, and black walnut ice cream afterward, and now I'm going to watch an episode of DS9. Wheee.

Mmmm walnut ice cream? Sounds interesting. The weirdest ice cream I've ever had was Green Tea, which tasted remarkably like green tea. I liked it.

Green tea ice cream is one of my favorite flavours. I had another really wonderful flavour down in the international district, but now I can't remember what it was called...

I'm totally sure about the "forth Eorlingas" part, but the rest... I might have mucked up between book and movie canon. Was that the line you were looking for?

Yay for ice cream! I hope you didn't run into the pillar TOO hard. I myself have difficulties with sliding glass doors. Is it open? Is not open? There's only one way to find out - go into it headlong! ^^

I didn't - just hard enough to give myself a lovely red bump just above my eyebrow, a little cut on my nose, and a big ole scratch on my glasses lens. *Sighs* Ah well - I needed a new contact and glasses appointment anyway. ;)

As for sliding glass doors... yup. I did that a few times when I lived in a house with one of those. Ouch.
