So very tired. I started putting together my portfolio, and realized that I'm still missing a response paper from some point in the quarter, and now I have to write a preface and double-check my essay but I'm sleeeeeepy damn it, and I ate too many dark chocolate espresso beans because I thought they'd help me perk up and now I'm just very very blah and icky feeling. Hopefully I'll wake up soon and get a second wind, 'cause there's a lot to be done.

I trimmed my hair today. It never occurred to me until I was standing with scissors in hand how much the thought of cutting my hair panics me, now. It took me SO DAMNED LONG to grow it out, that now I'm freaked if I have to so much as trim the ends. But I did it.

And I got a 4.0 on my midterm for my sagas class! So I'm a confused, pathetic freak. But I'm a confused, pathetic freak who writes good papers. So that's a good thing, at least. Now let's just hope that the poetry paper, the seminar paper, and the sagas final are equally good. *Dies*

I just want to draw, listen to music, write my damned fic, and read random shit. That's it. That's all I want to do, right now.

You HAVE been working on growing your hair out for so long, I can understand why it would be hard to trim it!
CONGRATULATIONSSSS on the 4.0 on the Sagas paper!! WooT!!!
Writing papers is definately a very strong suit for you!
Good luck on the work you have left.

Yeah, I know, but it really needed it. It probably still needs more - I meant to get it a little better after I got out of the shower, but I forgoet.

Thanks!
