"Oh" how disturbing

This afternoon, I saw a truly scary thing on Oxygen (the Oprah channel). Among other ridiculous commercials on that channel, there was one for a show called "Mr Romance" - one of those reality TV type shows for picking the best sexy bachelor, or something like that. And at the end of the commercial, Fabio (or possibly just a very Fabio-esque looking guy) appeared, grinned at the camera, and said "There can be only one." Complete with a very scary CG eye twinkle added in.

I'm still trying to convince myself that it wasn't some sort of weird hallucination.

Housemates? I'm not crazy, right? That really did happen, didn't it?

It really is... and believe me, I'd love to. Fabio kind of scares me to begin with, and that was definitely on my list of things I could have gone my whole life without seeing.

Fabio is not in the least sexy. I mean, I don't have a problem with long hair, if it suits the guy, but I'm not really a fan of giant muscles.

I really don't know what people see in him. That show's going to be bizarre.

Long hair is wonderful on some men, but... gah. He's over-tanned, over-muscled, doesn't really have good facial structure, his hair clashes with his skin and I doubt either are natural colors, and... I could go on about this for ages, but I'll just shut up. Suffice to say, I don't like him in the slightest.

I don't blame you at all. Am definitely not a Fabio fan. My latest fetish seems to be for skinny guys in suits, so I'm just going to stare at my Anderson icon for a while. ;D

*Laughs* Bill Weasley, any of the "Lord of the Rings" boys... I can think of tons of examples. Just not him.

My fetish is always for skinny boys, but in terms of clothes, lately I've gotten weirdly attached to oversized sweaters. I blame watching a lot of Highlander. *Sighs*

Lord of the Rings is the best example movie for How to Look Incredibly Sexy with Long Hair. Or Master and Commander. Because the British Navy uniforms are very sexy.

Skinny boys are the cutest. ^^ Guys with big muscles would be hard to hug. I don't think my arms would fit!

Ooh, yes Master and Commander is very much worth repeated viewings. I think I saw it three or four times in theaters. The Horatio Hornblower movies are excellent for pretty Napoleonic Wars-era uniforms too. I'd buy those DVDs but everything from A&E is so expensive!

Fabio is Italian. I would say the odds are very, very, very good that the hair is a bleach job, and not a particularly good one at that.

It certainly looks like one. Hair that color was not meant to exist in nature... and certainly not on someone with tanned-leather colored skin.
