Happy Beltane to all those who celebrate!
I spent mine working, for the most part, but I took some time out to take a nice long shower and use the orange-ginger sugar scrub that I love on my legs, and then wore green and brown to work. So sue me, I couldn't figure out a way to just wear green and white. *Shrugs* I also made eggs for breakfast, and we had a fake!barbecue for dinner, so I suppose that's a celebration of sorts.
So begins the season of me trying to wear sandals and skirts again - it's a struggle every summer, but I love having the chance after months on end of wearing the thickest socks and sweaters I can find, and always being too afraid of freezing to wear a dress.
Computer is still being a bitch - hopefully the de-fragging will fix her up. *Crosses fingers* I'll know when I get home from work whether she even managed to run the damned thing... as of when I left, just trying to start the defragmentation process had made her freeze. Crazy computer. At the moment, I'm just happy to be at work, where I can run more than one program at a time without fear of immediate computerized doom.
...Hmm. Perhaps Loki has decided he deserves another beer before my computer will work again? This might be a theory worth exploring... after all, it is a holiday....
