I didn't really stay up til 2:20am last night. Not at all. >.>

Okay, so I did. But it wasn't my fault! I was totally exhausted when coming home from work (narsilion can corroborate this - I almost fell asleep in the van), and then I was all snoozy at home and planning to just take a really fast shower, eat something, and go to bed. And then I chatted with coramegan for a bit, and it was decided that she needed to see a few episodes of Highlander. And by that point, I was starting to get a second wind... and you can't just make someone watch your favorite show without you! So I took my shower, had a grilled cheese sandwich, and we watched "Chivalry." Then I was completely awake, so we watched "Timeless." I love that episode so very much, even though the main plot is kind of bleh. Claudia amuses me, but there's way too much of her pretending to play the piano (you never notice how horribly fake it is until you've got someone next to you who really plays). And Alexa's hair in the first scene is horrid beyond belief, but I love her anyway. And Joe!!! Anyway. Then we chatted. And then I had to brush teeth/clean cat box/do the usual night-time stuff.... yeah.

It was soooo much fun, though. But now I need to get ready for class.

We had so much fun, though! It was like old times. *purrs* And Methos (I don't know if I spelled that right) was so darling. So wonderful. Those were two excellent episodes. I found Claudia more amusing than annoying and her desire to not use a sword just stupid. Foolish fake piano player. *sighs, shakes head* Ya. I'm just glad I canceled my apointment with Radford Court. Because I'd be hideously late at this point, due to my laziness.

Claudia is one of those characters I completely love to dislike. She's kind of cute, just really really really really really really spoiled... and that's always fun. Total hatred is reserved for a female character you haven't seen, yet - she's bat-shit fucking insane, and a total bitch to boot. *G*

Eh, laziness is a good thing when you're on quasi-vacation.

"Poop is Funny" is officially the best slide title I've ever seen. And, considering that my job used to consist entirely of making sure professors' classes went okay, I've seen a lot of slide titles.

There really wasn't anything that entertaining about it other than the title - it was a lecture slide on the use of coprolites (fossilized feces) in archaeology, for finding out about diets in ancient cultures.

And her manicure during the Bronze Age. *head desk* Mmm, lazy quasi-vacation. Today's going to the computer, I think. Thanks so much for introducing me to Highlander. It was awesome! Even if the movies don't have beloved Methos, I think I'll watch them anyway for want of anything else Highlander-related to watch.
