lost (things, not the show)
Nov. 13th, 2005 05:44 pmAlright. I've looked everywhere I can think of. I've taken a break to go grocery-shopping, and come back fresh, with new ideas, all of which completely failed to pan out. I've double-checked the obvious, and poked my head in a few spots where I'd never imagine it could be.
I can't find my damned course-pack!!!
What do you folks all do when you lose something? I'm willing to try just about any little ritual or trick, at this point.

Date: 2005-11-14 03:55 am (UTC)I know this sounds silly, but I have to ask. You checked, like the bottom reaches of your back-pack just in case right? Sometimes in mine that I use for work, something is in there, even though I KNOW I should have seen it if it was because it's something big. But when I, in frustration and panic take everything out, there it is, smooshed at the very bottom. Good luck. I hope that, at this point, it's already been found.

Date: 2005-11-14 05:00 am (UTC)Stop looking. That's my advice. It'll turn up. Seriously. It's not 100% effective, but it will give you a chance to breathe.
*hugs* Hears hoping your coursepack turns up soon.
