Got lucky on that one... most of the other possibilities didn't work out nearly so pleasantly. Tea with Mrs. Norris is not my cup of tea, particularly not at the Ministry of Magic.

Finally got to read Feylene's lovely chocolate fic today--it was just as delicious as I'd hoped. And the RP has broken it's previous record for most posts in a month--hooray!

Saw "American Splendor" last night with my housemates--quite an interesting movie; strange, but funny. I scared Chris and Em, though. While walking through the lobby toward the stairs up to the balcony, I got a bit... distracted... and ended up running to catch up, unable to contain an ecstatic little squeal. Why? Because of the Return of the King teaser poster, of course! Big ole picture of Aragorn being all 'kingy'--what else could make that particular tone of yelp?

Interestingly, Chris commented that he generally makes that noise in response to someone putting an icecube down his back. I told him it was the same concept. ;)

[Edit] Further testing of a "Which HP Character Would You End Up With?" meme yielded very interesting results. My name got me Ron. Including my last name got me Peter Pettigrew (who I immediately passed on to Feylene. For some reason, these memes seem to have gotten our interests mixed up...) Adding my middle initial got me back to Ron. Getting frustrated, I switched to my SCA-name-and-all-purpose nickname. And got Sirius Black. Which was acceptable. But I was curious, now.... so I tried adding the last name. Still Sirius. Shortened version of my legal name yielded Harry, whereas shortened version of my SCA name yielded Draco.

I'm thoroughly perplexed. And sticking with SCA name on all future memes.

*Plays with a few more* ..... Memes are bizarre. And I'm not entering any more results. This has been a weird enough entry.
