work update

Big boss never showed up today, airline never emailed back, and the day was full with helping the two new hires for the development team, so... no progress. But I'm feeling better about the whole thing. Although more freaked out about my predecessor leaving, as it turns out that Friday is her last day. She spent all day emailing me massive amounts of files for my reference later. It was kind of scary seeing everything like that. o_O

Anyway, crisis delayed, and I'm feeling okay about it. And yes, I had a Powerade. No heart-wibblies to report, I'm happy to say.

Yay, I'm glad you're feeling better. I thought predecessor was promoted, and now she's going back to school? What happened. Good choice by the way, Powerade tastes better than Gatorade in my opinion. Glad for no more heart-wibbles!

Her parents inherited some money, and decided they're going to pay for her to go to grad school, with the stipulation that she move back home and not work while she's in school, since she worked all through undergrad.

And yeah, I looked at the bottle I got last time, when I tried it, and Traderade has the same stuff as the others, but real fruit juice! So I'll be buying some of that, probably tomorrow evening.

It tastes like watered-down juice, which is just fine by me. I've only had the Five Fruit, but they've also got a lemonade flavor and... something else.
