I can finish my BigBang fic by the end of the month (thus giving myself two weeks to edit before turning in the draft to the community). I can. I will.

...And I will not panic and give up because the dratted thing is now 37,000+ words, and it would be just plain stupid to give up on it now. As soon as I have a draft, I can take a break, and then edit. Like mad. Edit like the wind, because... um.... this thing has some serious issues. But it's almost done!

Seriously though - I FINISHED THE MAIN PLOT THING last night! Big epic... um... okay, really not epic battle, but I finished it! And now all that's left is the tying up all sorts of loose ends. And then cutting the thing like a mad word-topiary. Yay.

Well, you have cute icons! Also, I'm easily distracted, especially since you usually turn up online right when I'm getting twitchy about being stuck at work. ;)

One of these days I'll make a few Dalek icons of my own, but isn't that one lovely? I love the animated stuff people manage to make.

It'll be good, I'm just trying not to get too certain that the tough stuff is over.
