Well partly as the article explains it's to do with the over reaction to the Brand/Ross saga, but also I believe there's a webcam in the studio so there was the potential for it to have been seen by who knows how many people pre-watershed.

I got the thing with Ross/Brand (although, it seems to me there's quite a difference between prank calls and an actor just being a bit of a silly twit in an interview... unless of course my usual third-hand understanding of British news means that I'm missing something about that mishap as well!), but I totally missed the webcam thing. That makes much more sense!
