rivendellroseFound on one of my random news-collecting sites today: This is the most fascinating thing I've seen in a long time. I can't help but stare. That is pure artistry - a more lovely thing I've not seen in a very long time. The story is interesting, of course, but the picture....... wow. I find it almost hard to believe that it was done back in the late 19th century... I know they had amazing artists back then, obviously, but this is worthy of modern model-making genius.
