Theo should totally have this cat armor. It would make him look like his namesake!

They have a Samurai version, too, which I'm sure The Boy would want for Random-cat.... which leaves perhaps something Medieval Tournament style for Toaster? Edited to add: No, I lied. Elven princess cat armor. Yup. That'd be the one.

In all seriousness - aren't these just gorgeous? I would totally buy them as display pieces, if I didn't know the cats would just knock them over... ♥

Is it sad that I saw these and immediately imaged whole stories about mice and cats in rival kingdoms and the epic battle they were engaged in, and the heroes that would rise... *wry grin*

Yeah. The artist says he tried to actually put one on his cat exactly once, "and has the scares to prove it." ;)

She's doing pretty good! She gets on really well with the big kitties, and she's getting better with people. She comes up to sleep on the bed sometimes, and she'll sit with us on the couch, and if I pick her up and put her on my lap she'll sit there for a while to be petted before she gets bored and runs off. Still having accidents, unfortunately, but... all things considered, that's not a huge deal.

These are beautiful! Thank you so much for the link. I have a friend who is a fencing master. His home is stuffed with original medieval armor (which he wears when he is teaching his advanced students) and all manner of weapons. He must see these :)
