Emma Thompson on playing Trelawney:

"I have a nervous breakdown in the film and in one scene I get to stand at the top of the stairs waving an empty sherry bottle which is, of course, a typical scene from my daily life, so isn't much of a stretch."

I don't understand entirely why she's talking about OotP... but, hey, I'm not complaining. So yeah - just a tiny post to say "ohmigod I adore her she's so horribly cute."

Also, much as I love Alanis Morissette, I really really really wish Emma Thompson had been able to play God in "Dogma." Ohhh, that would've been great. And how many actresses can write their own scripts (and win awards for them, thankyouverymuch *g*), and turn down parts that someone like Jodi Foster takes?? *boggles*

Okay, that's it. I'm done with my little hero-worship session, now. *glees quietly*

I love Jason Isaacs. ::tears of joy:: I had thought that I couldn't love Luc any more, and then I saw the CoS movie ... and the rest, as they say, is history. ::sigh::

Yeah, he's pretty amazing. I didn't think much of Lucius in the books, one way or the other, but when he walked on screen in CoS... gah.
