I'd meant to have fic, but remembering that my financial aid paperwork has to be sent in tomorrow (ie, today, since I have lots of classes and work tomorrow), and that I still have some reading to do kind of killed that. Which sucks horribly, 'cause I've been all a-flutter about fic lately. *Sighs*

Love to all, in any case. I know it's a silly commercial holiday, but it's still fun, so who cares?

Oh, and btw - love is having your computer announce "Good morning!" to you, very cheerfully, in a sexy British accent. *Amused*

*Laughs* My housemates got me watching Highlander, and I've got a horrible horrible horrible crush on one of the characters, Methos. And in one episode he says "good morning!" to one of the other characters in this insanely cheery voice... and I thought it'd be an awesome computer starting sound. So yesterday I went and found .wav files, and set it up.

Ah, I've heard things about Highlander from Ducky. That's awesome. In fact, Ducky's reading over my shoulder and says that if you want fanfic links, she can easily provide. ^^ Something like that. I dunno anything about it other than the fact that there is a giant picture of Duncan in Ducky's locker, and that he's terribly attractive.

*Waves to Ducky* I haven't started in on reading fic, yet, 'cause I'm way far behind and afraid of spoilers - tell her I just started season 5, and haven't even gotten to the Horsemen arc yet, although I've been somewhat spoiled about that... but I'm sure I'll be asking to take her up on the fic links soon. I've already suckered myself into writing one fic, and I'm sure more will come...

Duncan is indeed very attractive, but Methos is better. ;)
