Woke up in pain and slightly dizzy, took advil and heated up heating pad, then rewatched my favorite bits of the Highlander DVDs that have to be returned today.

"Indiscretions" is officially one of my favorite episodes of the whole series, and the audio commentary was almost more fun than the episode itself. Wheee.

I just realized that my two big papers (my sagas final paper and my seminar final paper) are due on the same gods-damned day. That is going to suck soooooo badly. On the plus side, my finals will be completely done on the 14th, giving me a two-week vacation. On the down-side... I have to have two big-ass papers done by the 14th. One's due at 9:30, the other at noon. God I hate that kind of dumb luck.

It wasn't anything earth-shattering, but it's pretty funny to listen to just Jim Byrnes and Peter Wingfield, chatting it up and making fun of themselves, the show, the music, what-have-you.

I can wait to return it until later, if you really wanted to watch it? There seemed to be some okay stuff on the cast/crew interviews for Not to Be, as well, but my computer decided she was bored and didn't want to see the rest...

I hate that. It's almost as bad as having two finals on the same day. Thankfully, that isn't the case for me this quarter.

No problem, I just thought it was funny. Tim said "they seem like they'll be good," and told a funny story about you getting all googly over changing the colors on a projector-lamp. And I told him if you didn't behave and be a reliable op, I could kick you for him. ;)

At least they're not BOTH due at 9:30. I feel for you!! I'm glad that I'm past the point of having to write those essays.

Being on the other side of the desk is easier, b/c I can say "hey, I didn't get them done, you'll have to wait"...and there's nothing the students can do about it. Try using that line on the prof, though! =)

Yup, it was just the morning. Thanks! I'm still fiddling with things a bit, and I want a default icon that matches it a bit better, but I wanted something more spring-y.

Indiscretions is one of my favorite episodes too. I love it. And Jim and Peter are great together in the commentary. Well worth the season six dvds

It was a delightful episode, and after how much I totally disliked the openers for the season, I was pleased to see them move back toward the Highlander I've come to know and love. The Methos and Joe dynamic is just so fabulous, and the actors are adorably snarky.
