I'm alive

Woke up this morning feeling just fine, so I guess I just got a mild dose of whatever's going around. On the other hand, I ended up late to class due to various delays, the most interesting of which included a somewhat violent encounter with a low tree branch and my umbrella. Thrilling. Consequently, I was feeling pretty pissy on the way to class, but now that I'm here, I'm feeling good about it.

Kitty was very cute this morning, doing his run up and rear on back feet to say "HI MOM" thing, and his new favorite, the sit on the bathroom counter and watch me wash my face thing. Small counter + big cat = interesting time washing face.

Yeah, it wasn't a big deal - I scooted in just a few minutes after lecture started.

He's such a sweety. A few days ago he got a little too into rolling around on this rubbermaid crate I've got, and he came thiiiis close to falling off.

And the cat is always *so very bewildered* when the human splashes it with water...doesn't the human know that the sink is only for playtime?

I must not have splashed him too much yet, he still kitty-loafs on the edge and hangs his head down into the sink-bowl. I only realized he was there this morning when his head bumped my hand. *g*

he must have learned that when he came to visit Snape.
Snape watches me brush my teeth and wash my face every morning and every evening! Such a sweet boy! (ermm...I meant Theo)

Maybe - he only started doing it a week or so ago, though. At first he'd sit on the toilet-stand-thing, and now he sits right up on the counter.

He totally is a sweetie. So's Snape, if you forgive all the bad behaviour. ;)

Yup, am at work and feeling fine. *Crosses fingers* I got a ton of sleep yesterday, so I think I might've just headed it off or something.
