I kick so much ass

Am a goddess. Or perhaps a queen. Something like that.

I just proved that, if one is sufficiently motivated, it's possible to get from our house to the 3rd floor of Raitt Hall on campus in less than half an hour.

That includes missing the #44 bus by watching it move on past the stop while I was stuck on the wrong side of the street. And running part of the way.

But I have my draft of my honors thesis, and I can start on the editing!

Wheeee. I literally had a burst of music in my head when I was walking out of the building holding my paper. If it'd been a movie, I would've slid down the railing and danced on the lawn. The woman in the office (who I'd been on the phone with at about 4:30 when she told me the office would close at 5pm) was very surprised I'd made it, especially when she asked where I'd come from. *g*

Not bad, not bad. Apparently I lost my ability to form sensible sentences a few times, and many times forgot that split infinitives are bad things. And she told me that my title is inaccurate, which I knew. I just couldn't figure out how the fuck to title the damned thing.
