Watched "Phantom of the Opera" again with nekokoban and Kendra. It's still visually spectacular, and I loooove Emmy Rossum and Guy Who Plays Raoul and most of the rest of the cast, but really... it was so very sad that they couldn't be arsed to find someone better for the Phantom. Gerard Butler is not a good singer, not to the level that he ought to be for that part. And his acting in that movie was pretty much crap.

Still working on my drabble-writing, and trying to get caught up on little things like cleaning my room. But it's hard, since what I really want to do is sit on my ass and draw. I might very well do just that, honestly. It's been a while since I've done that. *g*

And I don't mention often enough how much I love Sting.

Uhmmmmmm....Sting.
I'm glad you have a few days to relax and enjoy your self. Actually, I'm glad I do too. I really need this 3 day weekend. Plus Theresa and I get 3 days where we can walk early in the morning instead of just 2. I really prefer walking in the mornings. It's so peaceful and there are just a lot less people on the trail.

Mom, it's fine. I just get frustrated when people say things that make me think my decisions aren't good ones. Besides, living in a house means putting up with stupid things like the toilet doing dumb stuff sometimes. *Shrugs* It's not that big a deal, I was just worried because I'm the only one in the house right now who'd have half a chance at doing anything about it - which is damned scary considering how little I know about that sort of thing.
