I was not dismissed.
That's right, ladies and gentlemen: yours truly will be one of fourteen men and women deciding the verdict in an actual criminal case here in the grand state of Washington.
I just hope this doesn't go any longer than they've said it would.
I also hope I can convince my campus job to let me work tomorrow, and a few hours in the evenings next week, maybe.
