reading post
Aug. 3rd, 2005 10:10 amYesterday I picked up When All the World Was Young by Barbara Holland, off the new arrivals table in Odegaard Library. Read it on the bus to and from the interview, read it at home through tea and dinner... read it this morning on the bus and at work, and now it's done. Very nice memoir of growing up in the 40s and 50s, and an interesting look into the mind of an intersting woman. I'll have to see about some of her other books, soon; they pretty much all look interesting.
