I'm home from my little mini-vacation (actually, I've been home since just after eleven, but had upstairs stuff to do). Had a good time, visited with the family, had buffalo burger, beer, and potato salad, talked with my cousin about her impending move to college... all was good. Yay.

That is all, for tonight. It's bed-time. *g*

I'm so glad you had a good time. What college is Kelsey going to go to? I bet she's really excited. I seem to remember you saying she was going out of state, or am I thinking of someone else? How was the buffalo, I've never tried it, I've heard people say it was gamie, and I've heard others say it's better than beef. Have a great day today!

She's going to BYU, and yeah, she's excited - she's rooming with a friend of hers, so that'll be good.

Buffalo's fine - I don't think it's all that different from beef, except a little change in the flavor, and noticeably less fat.
