writing woes

I haven't written anything fiction in... uhh... probably since I started the new job. Damn. Truly miserable.

Anyway, since I will be here at the office in the mornings this week and all day Thursday and will hopefully have some afternoons mostly free, I'm putting out a plea - if anybody has prompts for fic they'd like to see, even just a pairing and a word, or something really simple like that, I'd be thrilled to death. I keep meaning to link myself to the 30 themes comms here at the office and forgetting, so I'm prompt-less at the moment.

Seriously - heeelllllp meeeeeeeeeee.

The good news is, I'm starting to get little sparkles of ideas for original work again! It's not totally dead! Someday I may actually be able to write original stuff again!!!

I would be so happy if I got to the museum today and my boss told me "never mind, we don't need you after all." That's not likely to happen, though.

How about "what I want?" from the point of view of the MC on that historcial you were talking about. Braden...something.

No, that's good - I want to get back into my original stuff, I just get frustrated because all the ideas I have for originals seem to require LOADS of historical research. Which tends to kind of make me burn out before I can actually get to writing them.

I'll work on that - poor Rogero really needs the work. ;)

It's actually remarkably easy to bring the two together, when I start thinking about it... ah, the joys of a permanent wormhole that sometimes has little 'hiccups' of one sort or another. XD

And oh, how it's worth it, to see the two of them compare notes....
