So, I was downloading an FST (Fan SoundTrack) for Serenity, and even though I told myself I couldn't actually listen to it yet... well, reading the little blurbs for each song won't hurt me, right?

WRONG.

Why did I do that? Why did I read them?? The first three or four were so innocuous - okay, there were teeny!spoilers, but nothing I wasn't expecting just from seeing the trailer, so I figured it'd be safe! But nooooo! *Incoherent sputtering because is determined to not spoil other people in her own fury at accidentally spoiling herself*

Why? WHY?? With the thing and the sad and the now-I-know-why-some-people-weren't-happy, but how is it that other people have been happy if I read that right and OHMIGOD I'M GOING TO GO CRAZY BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30 and I won't have to pretend to be crazy like River. Except not as cool.

Wah. I'm traumatized. Maybe I read it wrong. I'm afraid to go back and look.

Went back. I so didn't read it wrong. o.O Wah.

It'll be a good movie. I'm just sad about something that happens, that's all. Not really hugely shocking, in the end, but I hadn't expected it.

That'd be nice... Fortunately it doesn't seem that the big shocking revelation of doom is at the end of the movie, so at least most of it should remain a surprise.
