halloween party-ness
Oct. 30th, 2005 12:34 amWooooooooo.
Halloween party was very fun. My Glinda costume went over very well, I think, and everyone's costumes were gorgeous and fun. I was hideously fluffy and pink and sparkly. Much fun. The food went well, loads of pictures were taken, and plans of watching "The Haunting" were totally disregarded in favor of
shadawyn doing Tarot readings,
miss_arel reading palms, and me reading the runes, all for whoever wanted, and people playing Soul Caliber. Or however you spell that. I even actually felt like I was getting somewhere with some of the readings I did, which was fabulous. XD
I should really be in bed. I hate that washing my face always kind of wakes me up... Ah well. Bed-time.

Date: 2005-10-30 12:43 pm (UTC)We'll have to get together sometimes soon so I can hear all about it, and I got you a couple of things yesterday. Also, I still have the picture and the cards I forgot to give you.
So much trouble sleeping last night, so I figured I may as well stay up until it is time to give the cat her shot (6am by standard time, so just an hour to go, then I'll comeback home and maybe try to sleep a little)

Yeah, my neighbor had a Halloween party it sounded like too, but it doesn't bother me. You've got quite a talented group over there, tarot readings, palm reading, AND rune reading. You can read the tarot cards too, can't you?
I hope your first Sunday free of the museum was restful, fun and relaxing! Have a great day tomorrow, Love ya!~

Nah, I can't read tarot cards. I want to learn, but I've never found a deck I like, except one that some moron told me was out of print. Turns out it's not out of print at all - Jessie has the exact deck, only bought it a few years ago. Same year the moron told me it was out of print, coincidentally. Moral of the story? Never trust cracked-out hippies in little shops on Broadway. ;)
