I was going to call you this morning to see if you wanted to get together for a meal or something today, but I remembered the Apple Cup and that it is here this year and realized that today would certainly NOT be the day to be traveling up to the U district unless you have a specific need to be there. I hope you're having a good day. What are you up to for tomorrow?

Yeah, I'm missing a bill... I know I got it about a week ago, and I've even found the envelope it came in, but it's not where I set it. Really irritating. And I still haven't found my course pack or my turquoise ring. :/

Yeaaaaah, I went up to the university to do some stuff for my art history paper, and it was definitely not a good day to be on the road out there.

Nothing much for tomorrow, just more of trying to get stuff done and clean up around here, after I help Kari haul stuff for Thanksgiving. We're meeting at 12:30 at the Safeway so she doesn't have to carry all the stuff on her own. How about you?

Kari is hauling things for Thanksgiving? I thought she would be having it with her folks since they're close now, or did you guys decide to do Thanksgiving at one of your places this year? I don't have too much planned. Jeff and Kaylee are bringing over a bookcase that I got from them sometime today. I wish I knew when, I could come up and help you guyhaul the groceries.
Are you taking them to your place, or Kari's?

Kari's folks aren't moving out here til the end of the quarter, so she and Terra and Charlie and Sean and Dora will be here at the house. I'm still trying to figure out where I'm going to be, here or at Dad's. I kinda want to stay here.

I think we're bringing things here. Dry goods, mostly - the big stuff will wait til Wednesday, and Charlie and Sean will help carry, then.

Not yet, but he knew from a week or so ago that I might be staying here. It would be nice. And Christmas is coming, so I'll see the family then... I just have guilt issues, about not seeing the family (either side) when they're around.

I know. But it's fairly rare that I actually get out to see either family, so I do feel guilty sometimes. And because most of my friends are here because they can't go home. I guess it's normal, though.

Yup, they (your friends) need you with them since they can't go home. (Besides, that will be Hella fun!) Do you need a turkey? Or do you need a lift when you go to get one? Let me know, I'm glad to help, and maybe we could sneak a meal or a drink or something. I'm not working tomorrow, I have my second mammograms and ultrasounds. Hope fully I won't need a biopsy but we'll see.

We got a turkey today, everything's all set - we brought the stuff back to Kari's place since there's more room in her fridge, and then Charlie will be her pack mule when she comes over on Thursday.

Ick, no kidding hopefully no biopsy. Hopefully they'll take a peek, determine everything is normal, and send you on your way. If you wanted to get together tomorrow, though... Haven't seen you much in the last few weeks. And if you don't have work, that's a good time to do it, yeah? *g*

Well no, everythings not normal, so to speak, though they don't think it's cancer.
Tomorrow is to redo the mammograms, and do ultrasounds just to make sure, take a second look, and the ultrasounds give a different kind of look than the mammograms do, so yeah, hopefully that will all insure that
it's not cancer. You have school and work tomorrow don't you?
Normal off time of what is it 5:00?
If you have time,you could call me before 9:30 and we could see if it could work out getting together. Maybe I could pick you up and we could have a meal? (Ugh, I've been having a few too many of those lately, but a girl's gotta eat, right?) Anyway, if you can't reach me before 9:30, you could call the cell phone after 12:30 and my appointment should (hopefully) be done by then. I don't want to take a chance of interrupting a class. If it won't work out, then maybe you have some free time on your four day weekend that we could get together?

Well, that's definitely good, at least.

I have school and work, yeah - work from 10am to 2:30, and class from 2:30 to 3:30, and then again from 4:30 to 5:30. Normally, I'd say I could skip the latter of those two, but since I still haven't found my course-pack, I need to go to lecture to get some idea of what's going on. Thankfully he usually goes over the readings pretty closely.

Hopefully I'll remember to call you before work tomorrow, and we can get something figured out, and if we don't then the weekend can totally work!
