I have my LJ set to "keep me logged in indefinitely." But the last few days? I have to log in again every time I open a new window.

Yeah, they had to clear all site cookies, so folks are getting logged out. Especially if you have your log in bound to your IP address.

There was a massive and pretty dangerous hack into LJ security, that's why there've been these security measure things. I just found out about it yesterday.

Yeah. I'm not sure on the details, but it seemed pretty serious and there was very little wank surrounding it, so....

And I haven't had any issues since this morning, so it seems to be fixed.

Oh... thanks! Guess I should read LJ more often... and post, but that's a different story. Also thanks for telling me I was logged out; I never even noticed. When I do post I use the client and I go straight to my friends page when I get here.
