*panicking*
Aug. 27th, 2003 04:57 pmAck. I just bought train tickets to go see Cora (my roommate and dear friend, for those who don't know her).
So why am I panicking? Because I basically got the email saying when a good time to visit would be, went to go scope out the rates, saw what I'm told is an amazing rate on the Amtrak site, and bought the tickets, all within about... oh, an hour. o.O And then emailed her in a state of panic, begging to know if what I'd arranged was ok. But if I'm going to visit on tuesday, I couldn't really delay, and I was massively afraid the fares would go up or something if I waited for a reply. So I just *did it*.
I didn't even have time to email my friend in Portland to see if she might have wanted to visit after I saw Cora. Ack.
*Curls in ball.* I'm just not used to being spontaneous, I guess.....
