fuzzy little bastard makes me wake up

rivendellroseCat woke me up at 7:11 - probably a good thing, in the long-run, so that I can get more work done... but damn is he irritating when he wants me awake. And then as soon as I've opened the door upstairs and put some food in his bowl, it's like I don't exist. Cats.
Don't ask me why, but I was up until 1am messing around with GIMP, making a new desktop... and by the end I decided it was too busy and I didn't like the way the pictures looked together. *Headdesk* All that time making miniscule adjustments to the text and all that... for nothing. That's it, I'm sticking with icons. They're at least smaller. (Except I probably won't. 'Cause I really like working with with something bigger.)
This afternoon, I'm supposed to have a study meeting with one of my classmates from the anthro class... hopefully that'll go well/quickly. And then I'll pop by the Statistics study center... alas. Get some processes figured out, etc. Must... not... do... badly. I really just want to get 3.0 or above. That would make me happy. I got a 2.9 on the midterm, so hopefully... And that's not accounting for the curve, which will hopefully bring me up a few points. *Crosses fingers*
