I have no idea if they'll give it to me, but I Want This Job. The office people are awesome. The job sounds awesome. Everything about it seems completely awesome.

Me too! It's an office in downtown Ballard, right by Shilshole Bay - just the most beautiful spot for an office, the view out their conference room window is gorgeous. But mostly it's just that the people in the office seem really great, exactly like the kinds of people I want to work with.

Thanks! I know, it's a hideous process... thank goodness for the internet, making it slightly easier. ;)

I actually really did! A nice light blue button-down blouse, brown suit jacket, black slacks, a necklace with all three colors that I was wearing. So I felt very put together and organized. It turned out I was a bit overdressed for the office atmosphere, but I think that'll be okay - they always say to dress a degree more formal than what you think the normal office dress is, for an interview.

It was before you brought it out to me - the Shakespeare's still at your place. Although I think I have a spare still at your place. Depending on our plans tomorrow, I can either check in person or run you through my usual hiding protocols over the phone before you come up here. The latter might be tedious, since my system is... kind of random.

But honestly, I'm flummoxed. I could swear that I remember putting it in a particular page of one of my books, but it's not there! Maybe that was my old hiding place, before I got the Shakespeare...

Hell. Check the Shakespeare for me, just to make sure I didn't put it back at your place for some really insane reason at some point last summer. I seem to recall that the first page of Midsummer was the spot, but if that fails I'd be obliged if you just sort of flipped the pages to make sure I didn't get some clever idea of putting it in... I don't know, my favorite speech from Henry V or something totally random like that. Oh, and page 101 is always a good guess, too.

...I really am insane.
