Still very cold and snowy out here, and I've been not so much with the accomplishing of... pretty much anything, actually. I'm knitting. And reading. And trying to run errands, but most of those have, so far, failed. On the other hand, it's only been a week. And half of last week was caught up in holiday stuff, so I figure I'm mostly okay. And the seminar starts Thursday, so that'll be... interesting. At least I hope it will. Cross fingers for me that I won't be bored out of my mind?

I was going to go to the zoo today (I have a membership, so that's actually a spend-no-money thing to do), but I'm not sure whether I'll get out there - I also need to get up to the U-Bookstore to turn in application, and with the snow and all I expect that'll take a bit longer than it otherwise ought to. And the zoo is in the opposite direction. Ah well.

I actually dread filling out job applications - isn't that silly? Somehow, they always seem to ask for information that I don't really have, because I've forgotten the address to something or some other silly thing.

I too hate applications because I forget things. Fortunately, I usually have my resume, so I just write, "please refer to resume," on the application. My suggestion(it seems to work for me at least) is to have all of that stuff set aside in a file(I looked up the Florida numbers for example of where I worked when I was there) Then I just have all of that stuff in one place when I go to file out an application, and I don't have to worry about my faulty memory. *grin*

*Fingers crossed for both your seminar and the job search* You deserve a nice new job... "so say we all." Good luck!

Hope it won't be boring! Also, failed errands do tend to happen, don't worry yourself too much.

ZOO! :D :D :D

I am dreadful at them as well.
