Quite true, quite true...

In other news, tomorrow is the first of November. And we all know what that means, don't we? That's right, once again Jen is stupidly attempting to write a novel in a month, in keeping with National Novel Writer's Month (www.nanowrimo.org).

I don't expect to make it to the full 50,000 words this year (unless you count all the non-original or class-related writing I do...) but I do intend to try. Mostly just because I desperately need to get back in the swing of things, and to do that I need a deadline and expectations and all, or I'll never fit it into my schedule.

Also... HAPPY HALLOWEEN AND BLESSED SAMHAIN EVERYONE!!!!!

I hope you all have a wonderful night, and a beautiful new year to those of you who see it as such (and those who don't, too, 'cause it doesn't do anybody any harm to have more wishes for a good year!)
