progress report

Last night, I passed 25,000 words on the Fic of Doom. Still working on actually finishing it...

Aaaand, in direct consequence of that writing progress, I overslept this morning. Immensely. As usual on Thursdays. Particularly since I worked the late shift yesterday and, thus, had not needed to get up early yesterday. On the down-side, I have actual Important Stuff that needs to get done today... like doing my taxes. And picking up anti-hairball crap for the cat. Ick.

Thrilling use of my Saturday, no? :P Maybe, for extra fun, when I get home I'll clean my room!

...Like that's likely. *Sighs*

I really should get moving on that whole "getting dressed and out of the house on errands" thing, shouldn't I?

Oh, and Theo says to say that he's WHINEY today. "Mwaaaa? Mawawaaa? Mwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...."

Did your schedule finally change, you don't normally do the late shift on Wednsdays do you? We're going out to dinner for my birthday probably this Sunday (the 15th)

No, I had to take it up this week because we were insanely short-staffed in the evenings. And nope again on the schedule change. It's supposed to be soon, but... who knows?

I should be able to do that! And I will indeed give him a smooch, even though he was a butt earlier. :P
