random notes from the office
Jun. 6th, 2007 02:16 pmIf I'm honest, I have to admit that most of what I learned in college is a whole lot more useful in conversation than at jobs - liberal arts degrees aren't exactly the kind of thing that get used every day, particularly if you study ancient history, literature, and such.
But not today! Today, I edited the links on a French Canadian site. Was very happy to be able to read all the text, let me assure you.
...Of course, now I'm stuck with a biiiiiiig old monster of a task that apparently got finished on Monday, but somehow got completely buggered and reverted to the old version without all the changes. D'oh. Also, my nectarine decided to splut all over me, and I'm sitting here whining over tasty-looking fic that I dare not read at work. *Pouts* Figures that the really good NC-17 stuff would show up while I'm on my lunch break.
Edit: Saved! We managed to revert to the previous version of the site, so all I had to do were the fiddly little changes that I'd initially taken on. Woohoo!
(Egads my shoulders hurt. Bah.)
