I would be thrilled to spend some time with you! I was going to tell you also, that if you haven't found a lamp yet, Ikea has more lamps than I have ever seen in my life.
I took Sally there before she left and was completely amazed by the sheer number of them. And so cute.

Claire called me a few days ago and was asking if I had heard from you, so I had a slight inkling that there might be an issue with the ex-house. Bleck!
